CareCircle is designed to help families coordinate care for a loved one. You are responsible for the accuracy of any health or medical information you enter into the app. CareCircle is a coordination tool only and does not provide medical advice.
02 No medical advice
Nothing in CareCircle constitutes medical, clinical, or professional health advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider for medical decisions. Do not use CareCircle as a substitute for professional medical judgment.
03 Your responsibilities
You are responsible for ensuring that medication schedules, health details, and other information entered into your circle are accurate and up to date.
Only share your circle's invite code with trusted family members or caregivers. You are responsible for who you invite to your circle.
Keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
04 Disclaimer of warranties
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that notification reminders will always fire at the correct time.
05 Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ricardo Sotolongo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the app, including any missed medication reminders.
06 Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated at any time. We will update the date at the top of this page when changes are made. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
07 Subscriptions and auto-renewal
CareCircle offers auto-renewable subscriptions that unlock the app's features after the free-trial period. The following terms apply to all in-app subscriptions.
CareCircle Pro Monthly — $4.99 per month, with a 7-day free trial for new subscribers. CareCircle Pro Yearly — $34.99 per year, with a 7-day free trial for new subscribers. Each subscription unlocks all app features (medication schedules and reminders, family feed, care tasks, secure document storage, and unlimited circle members) for the duration of the subscription period. Prices may vary by territory and currency.
If a free trial is offered, you will not be charged during the trial period. To avoid charges, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends. If you do not cancel, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription at the price shown at purchase, and your Apple ID will be charged.
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the then-current subscription price.
You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal at any time by going to your Apple ID account settings on your device after purchase. No refund is provided for the unused portion of any subscription period unless required by applicable law.
If we change the price of a subscription, we will notify you and obtain your consent before the new price applies, as required by the App Store.
