01 What we collect
Stored locally on your device only. Used to personalize the dashboard greeting. Never transmitted to our servers.
Earnings, hours, mileage, and expenses you log manually. Synced to a secure cloud database (Supabase) so your data is backed up and available across devices.
Used only during active GPS tracking to calculate mileage for a shift. Location is not stored continuously, not shared with third parties, and not used for advertising.
When you use the AI assistant, your questions and relevant earnings context are sent to Anthropic's Claude API to generate a response. These are not stored by us beyond your current session.
Subscription status is managed by RevenueCat. We do not store or have access to your payment details — those are handled entirely by Apple.

03 Third-party services
GigTracker uses the following third-party services, each with their own privacy policies:
Cloud database for syncing your shift and expense data. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. supabase.com/privacy
Manages subscription status and purchase verification. revenuecat.com/privacy
Powers the AI assistant feature. Your messages are processed per Anthropic's usage policies. anthropic.com/privacy
04 Data retention & deletion
Your shift and expense data is stored as long as you have an account. You can delete all data at any time from Settings → Clear All Data inside the app. This permanently removes your data from our servers.
05 Children's privacy
GigTracker is intended for adults (18+) who work on gig platforms. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
06 Changes to this policy
If we make material changes to this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
